This AOVE or Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil, SIL FILTRAR, comes from green olives from our own farms.
As it is not filtered, it has an intense opaque green color and due to its content of microparticles from the olives milling process, it usually leaves a slight deposit at the bottom of the bottle, as a guarantee of quality.
