The roasted tomato is aesthetically very similar to the raf tomato. It is a different variety, but on certain dates where we do not find the raf tomato we have this option. The green ribbed tomato has a crunchy texture and acidic flavor. A trick? Let it ripen outside the refrigerator and try it! It acquires a spectacular sweet flavor.
